Returns & Refunds
You can file a return within 14 days of the product being delivered, provided the item is in its original state. To initiate a return, visit our returns page and follow the instructions.
What items are eligible for return?
Only items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
Please contact us if you have received merchandise which is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit card or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item cancellation request.Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what you do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
Yes, we offer exchanges! If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us through our returns center to arrange the process.
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item. Please contact our team for further guidance in these cases.
Unfortunately, returns outside the 14-day window are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss possible options.
Shipping
Due to high demand and occasional delays at local delivery offices, your order may take longer than expected.
- If your order hasn’t been delivered within 14 days after the shipping time frame, we’ll refund your shipping cost.
- If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 days from the date of ordering, we’ll refund your entire order amount.
Please contact us if you experience any delays, and we’ll assist you promptly.
No, items from JOGA will not incur any extra fees.
We ship worldwide 🌍, so you can place an order no matter where you are!
We ship from both our warehouses in the UK and China, depending on the product and your location.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £50 GBP.
Orders
If your tracking status indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please take the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors to see if the parcel was mistakenly left with them.
- Contact your local post office to inquire if the order is there for collection.
- Inspect safe locations around your residence where the package might be placed.
- Review any home security camera footage for evidence of delivery.
If you still cannot locate your package after 3 business days, please email us at [email protected].
In the highly unlikely case that you don't receive your order within 30 days, you're eligible for a full refund.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at [email protected]. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after 24 hours as they will already be in processing.
If you entered the wrong address, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
Yes, custom shin pads have a lead time of around 7 days. This is to ensure that we can bring your design to life!
If you have also ordered other JOGA items, they may come before the custom shin pads.
You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit our Track Your Order page and enter your details to check the status.

8x5cm mini pads are the smallest size we offer, and these are usually more suited to those who rock the low-sock look.
10x6cm mini pads are the slightly bigger version, and have been gaining some real traction in the last few months for the high levels of comfort they provide.
MINI PAD SLEEVE
Our mini shin pad sleeve comes in 3 different sizes.
Adult - this size should fit everyone above the age of 12, as its a stretchy, one size sleeve.
Age 7-12 - found exclusively on the JOGA Starz section of our website, a good size for primary school kids!
Age 3-6 - our smallest size! This is for small kids, and has been a revelation for parents, as the shin pads don't move around or irritate!
Breathe shin pads
Again, like our mini shin pads, the size of your JOGA Breathe's is completely personal preference.
10x6cm Breathe - A very small and light shin pad, thats breathable. This size is best for low-sock players, or those who don't like the feel of regular shin pads.
14x6cm Breathe - The biggest shin pad we offer. This shin pad covers a larger area, but is still very light and comfortable.

Our Iconic product. The world's smallest shin pads. Usually for flair players, or players who hate the feeling of big & bulky pads. They come in 2 sizes, to fit your style perfectly.
MINI PAD SLEEVE
In-built shin pad. This JOGA shin pad took the football world by storm last year, as its light, comfortable and offers protection. You won't need any tape to fix these in position either.
They are slightly bigger than the mini pads, so can be used by all types of players.
BREATHE
"Like wearing a cloud in my sock". This shin pad was created for the many players who were wearing pieces of material, or in-soles as shin pads. They provide the soft and breathable feel, while also offering protection. These shin pads also come in a larger size of 14x7cm, our biggest shin pad.
FLEX
Mouldable shin pads. The shin pad that fits our slogan the best. "Play your truth". These shin pads mould exactly to your shin, and are personalised perfectly to you. They come in a 12x7cm size, which is still seen as small. They're extremely thin and light too.
